🚨 If You’re Facing Foreclosure — Start Here
Foreclosure in Georgia moves fast. Once a lender begins the process, you may have as few as 30 days before your home is sold at auction. These organizations help Fulton County homeowners stop foreclosure, negotiate with lenders, and understand their options before it’s too late.

Stopping or delaying a foreclosure sale
Negotiating a loan modification with your lender
